01Where it started
Math has a way of making students doubt themselves.
It can be intimidating and overwhelming, and the doubt usually arrives before the math does. The way out of it is practice — not practice once, or on one day, or over one week, but practice spread out over time.
That’s the part most online programs struggle with, and it’s one of the driving forces behind Zombie Math. Skills come back on a schedule, tailored to each student, long after the lesson that introduced them is over.
But spiral review is only one piece of it. Everything else in the program exists to get a student to the point where practice feels possible in the first place.
